Cycle Billing

In an effort to better serve our customers, HOTEC offers cycle billing. Our membership is divided into groups or cycles.

This system allowed us to bill a group or cycle each week rather than all of our customers at one time. This allows us to better manage the phone and walk-in traffic. Employees will be better able to focus on producing accurate bills and improved customer service.

Listed below is a schedule of each cycle. The dates vary slightly (2 to 3 days) depending on the number of days in a month and holidays.

If you are on Automatic Bank Draft or Automatic Credit Card your account will be drafted one or two days before or after your due date.

The billing schedule is:
