Bills are due and payable upon receipt. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt a member from payment.
Payment of bills may be made by mailing in the return envelope provided with your monthly electric bill, in person at either of our offices (locations) or any of the locations listed below:

Bills may be mailed to the office at PO Box 357, McGregor, TX 76657 or PO Box 598, Rosebud, TX 76570. We also have a night-drop located in the drive-thru on the south side of the building in McGregor or at the front door of the Rosebud office.
